so... last post. little dark. scared the bejesus out of me when i re-read it this evening after a concerned friend brought it up.

bad day, bad things happening in a bad day. lots of good intentions that i didn't follow through with and that's just disappointing yourself. so yeah.

after rereading it though, i feel as though i need to have black tear tracks down my face and striped red and black stockings to go with my safety pinned everything. let me listen to simple plan and SHUT UP MOM, I DON'T HAVE A BEDTIME ANYMORE I'M THIRTEEN.

i haven't watched that movie in forever. just as an aside. nicki reed. so weird.

things are good. i handed in the paper that had been plaguing me. a whole two weeks early. oh well, at least it's done. now i can focus on remembering when other projects are due on actual due dates. as my father affectionately likes to say 'you're using your bad head'. i like to point out to him that he has no head, good or bad to use.
i dislike the fact he's around all the time now that he's retired.

why can't people be like race horses? like when you're done your job, you go out to a nice farm, go out to pasture and just live until they finally put you down to put you out of your old age misery.

there are days, weeks, almost the whole last year, i'd like to do this to my father.

anyways, i just thought i'd write that i'm overdramatic, this winter has gone on far too fucking long and i made big goals and slept through them that day. today was another day and i accomplished everything i set out to do. even more.
tomorrow is another day, and the day after that.

tomorrow is St. Patrick's day. never an unhappy time hahaha.

college student of historical events, future educator. canadienne. i like to read, but i don't do it enough. i run. i like zombies. i'm obsessed with all things batman, except not batfleck. i'm a terrible video game player, but i'm getting better through attrition. i can play piano pretty good, though. the sound of city streets soothes me, but i love the silence of the forest. curious stargazer.
